Investors are reluctant to add to their investment or invest in NTEK at all if they don't have some reasonable assurance that they won't be diluted. The problem that NTEK faces now is that they've done this repeatedly to us in the past.
We need to know that it won't happen again or if they do anticipate the need to do so, it makes sense to be honest about it and explain what it's going to be used to for BEFORE we get wacked again. In other words, they need to attempt to mitigate the damage before it happens, not too much to ask for if you want my investment dollars.
Most people don't like being treated like mushrooms, if you know what I mean.
