I'm on IB, when I place a LMT buy order of a specific amount (last case was 20k), it said the order would not be placed, or may take longer. First order could only be 50k shares for a too high price for that moment, and the second for 50k would not fill even with a ask of 900k for the same price. Something with fair trade policy.
