If this deal was off as some say, there would have been no need for Neil Klienman to have the "big integration meeting" last Friday at the PixelMags office as told by Sharnae. I've linked up with Masha Reznik on Linkdin who is also linked with Neil Klienman. As per 8k the merger was completed. There's no argument there whatsoever. I personally spoke to Sharnae and heard the excitement in her voice as she was describing the Klienman meeting in which she specifically mentioned "Solaris people". They are busy integrating and getting their ducks in a row. They are creating an investor relations hotline for us presumably because we keep blowing up their emails and phones (which I encourage we do more of). I agree with the thought that they are choosing their time to drop fins at a time which strategically suits them and what they are trying to accomplish. But I also agree that if they don't have them by March 31, they're toast.
