PoP, thank you so much for this new information! Excellent DD, my man! So much more is adding up here, now!
In reading through the posting history of ONCI's CEO, he obviously has some sour grapes with TXTM:
He went so far as to bash TXTM in several posts:
I studied his posting history a bit. This is perhaps the funniest one:
Let’s just do a quick timeline review here:
09/01/15 TXTM and stevie boy parted ways
03/09/16 stevie boy was appointed CEO of ONCI
11/04/16 stevie boy’s alias was born on ihub (coincidentally, this is about a year after TXTM & stevie boy parted ways. Maybe that was a short time after the restriction period ended with his TXTM stock? Is that why he started bashing TXTM? Based on the words in his posting history, my guess is that stevie boy was probably hoping for a much higher price at the end of that 1 year restriction so he could sell his shares and be rich. When that didn't happen, and the price was much lower than anticipated, maybe he started bashing TXTM and simultaneously pumping the stock of his new gig, ONCI, in hopes that maybe he could make his millions there? My opinion, of course. But by all means, someone else can offer up a theory here.)
I've been screaming this guy is full of BS from the get-go, and now I'm even more convinced than EVER! This is pretty scumbag, low-life stuff for the CEO of the company to be posting on a penny stock chat forum pretending to be someone else. Saying he has friends that "know this guy and tell me for sure he is the real deal".). Wow.
No wonder the T/A here got shut down so quickly a few weeks ago when I was able to obtain an updated share structure. stevie boy got quick wind of it because he's active on the board, and he put the quick kabosh on it.
Just praying for a good ol' fashioned pump & dump here so I can exit this POS for good. Come on stevie boy...can you drum up one more good pump? The cat's outta the bag, stevie boy. Time for you to man up, get off your ass, and actually do something for the shareholders. That is, after all, your responsibility as the CEO of a publicly traded company.
