I assume the deal you're alluding to is the Lilly Li purchase of 100% of Jerry's Series A preferred shares for $3.5 million. As I understand it, she will then have control of RMHB because the Series A shares represent the controlling block of voting shares.
It is also my understanding that she will then infuse RMHB with an unspecified amount of cash to "fuel growth". I am interested in the structure of this cash infusion. Will it be a loan? Will it be a purchase of warrants/debentures? I want to know what the cost of this cash is to me as a very large shareholder.
I am sure the executed agreement will be attached as an exhibit to the 8k SEC filing. However, I remain justifiably anxious for the closing... and a look at the document.
