Thank you. I posted a link to that article that he mentions at the Hangout when it came out -- not surprising that a LOT of people have seen and noted the importance of it. People are finally getting fed up with trolls and it's great that they are starting to fight back.

Refusing to pay greenmail to the Rosen Firm and fighting back was a great decision by CTIX management. Someone has to stop these crooks and it would be great if our little company's example encourages other companies to fight too.
