How to combat the bashers.
A basher's goal is to cause disruption, drama, and doubt. Do not HELP him by replying to his posts. That's like feeding a stray cat, it gives them a reason to reply again.
They know they are posting lies. They know it angers people and makes them reply. Don't feed into it.
Instead, do the following:
1) Just "create a new post" with positive facts about the business. Make NO reference to the basher or their post at all. Your post should not have any connection to the basher at all.
2) Post often to push their posts down and off the front page of the board so most people don't even read it.
3) TOS their posts as much as possible.
4) Write to admin and complain. Let them know you are considering paying for a subscription but you are concerned about the value of the site if such nonsense is allowed to pollute the site.
5) They are organized and work in teams. So, tell as many people as possible to use the tactics above. Copy and past this post, send it to everyone and on other sites.
