Fingerprints' touch sensor FPC1268 featured in Huawei's new P10 series
MOBILE WORLD CONGRESS 2017, BARCELONA. World-leading biometrics company Fingerprint Cards' (Fingerprints) touch sensor FPC1268 is featured in Huawei's new P10 series. Huawei's P10 series was launched yesterday in conjunction with Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. The P10 series includes smartphone models P10 and P10 Plus. As previously announced and demonstrated by Fingerprint Cards in February 2016, the FPC1268 is Fingerprint Cards' first solution optimized for thick materials like cover glass. This enables device manufacturers to integrate fingerprint sensors in new design languages, for example completely invisible under the cover glass or used as a home button covered by glass. In November 2016, Huawei launched the Mate 9 Porsche Design smartphone featuring FPC1268, which was the first commercial launch of the FPC1268 sensor.

Already received as well as expected Fingerprint Cards revenues in 2017 that relate to the sales of FPC1268 for this smartphone model are included in Fingerprint Cards' communicated revenue guidance of 7500 - 9500 MSEK for 2017.
