IMO, the logistics to securing viable feedstock is the biggest inhibitor to any pyrolysis operation. I said this years ago, and I still think it is the best option, the military is the best opportunity. The logistics are in place, the procurement is in place (they been recycling before it was cool) the labor is as cheap as you can get. And the government would subsidize and utilize all the fuel.
I have serious doubts that it can be viable privately. And in the current political environment, zero chance for any government initiatives. Just my opinion.
