Any major pharmaceutical company can easily gear up to sell these drugs through their existing channels. Just a matter of finding a few more young attractive sales people who wine and dine doctors to get them to prescribe the drugs. (Really -- if you heard that report on NPR about the young pharmaceutical reps, it was pretty sickening. And I know a nice young man who was recruited for this type of job, and he was so disgusted at what he was asked to do that he turned it down, even though he didn't have another job offer yet.)
