Repurchased shares are supposed to be destroyed.That's the purpose of buying them and asking shareholders to turn them in to enter series c mrvb.
The allotment % of money going toward share repurchase and cash on hand was already stated.
All those options of what to do with shares other than repurchase,retire and destroy are nonsense.
Or else a major goal of TPAC won't happen.
