It could our will be a higher cost now as the price of materials have rose with inflation.
3 for this part it would be difficult to answer because in reality we don't know how he will handle this part . we know the will pay so much on the dollar for the land but do we know if he will give them access to there land on the southern side of the fence we don't know. so for now I will say no. time will tell.
