Form t trades occur either before the normal market opening or after the normal market close. I believe most of these transactions occur from over seas investors.
A form t trade will not alter the official closing price of the stock, and can often times be quite different from the actual.
Form t trades represent a lag in time due to translational differences in the way brokers and markets work between different countries.
Now...........back into hiding.............(I like watching all this action from the sidelines).
