I don't remember the exact number, but your estimate seems about right. Keep in mind that the application was submitted several weeks ago, so we shouldn't be more than just a couple weeks from hearing back IMO. So my guess is they'll hear back well before the SHM.
As far as the next PR, I'm not really sure. I think they'll have at least 3 more PRs before the SHM, maybe more, but the really big news we're all waiting for (the rebranding, share structure, etc.) will be announced at the SHM.
