Some have heard me speak of Wisdom in C Shares....Maybe this will Help.....
SH wants to know, Why Shareholders might want to buy Series C Shares
Well let’s examine what actually happens when any investors purchases a series c.
Then we will evaluate what happens when you buy shares over the counter OTC
Simple
Series C purchase.....direct revenue to the company
OTC purchase.......nothing for the company. (Some might think TPAC makes money off shares. That is not how it works. TPAC has to sell shares into the open market - OM)
Clarity if an investor, invest in Series C $1500 the entire 1500 is revenue, now the company revenues grows (new revenue stream) adding to the core (Cash on hand) in which can support the PPs. Company adds to MRVB and expands for more revenue... (SH can see this process live) (Total positive effect)
OTC purchase doesn't put revenue at the company’s core (cash on hand) unless the company sells shares in to the open market. TPAC shareholder doesn’t want this to happen because of dilution. (Negative effect)
So when you buy TPAC Series C…. you are not just getting a great deal……. you are actually supporting the PPS and adding a layer of security to your OTC shares.
As you become more aware of how to balance your portfolios and how to trigger movement, you will understand this more clearly.
In fact enough series C investors and MRVB expansions could actually drive the price earning per-share per quarter. I am sure you brilliant, wise investors have figured this one out. it is simple mathematics.
Now in the A.R.C. shareholders willing to discuss how to move TPACs PPS will learn from Shadow Moderators how to actually take control of the TPAC OTC. By learning what is actually happening in the exchanges that TPAC OTC trades on. (Next what to do and……..& ……. when to do it), there is an institutional buyer with in the A.R.C.
Now don't forget TPAC has 4.5 billion shares out there. If you take a look at non converted shares the number is a lot higher. A lot of work to do here, let’s let the reconstruction deal with that.
As SI-PAC End-Users it will take a little time to bring you up to speed on new tech and methods. Once you have it you all will become a force in the OTC.
