Well let’s examine what actually happens when any investors purchases a series c.
Then we will evaluate what happens when you buy shares over the counter OTC
Simple
Series C purchase.....direct revenue to the company
OTC purchase.......nothing for the company. (Some might think TPAC makes money off shares. That is not how it works. TPAC has to sell shares into the open market - OM)
Clarity if an investor, invest in Series C $1500 the entire 1500 is revenue, now the company revenues grows (new revenue stream) adding to the core (Cash on hand) in which can support the PPs. Company adds to MRVB and expands for more revenue... (SH can see this process live) (Total positive effect)
OTC purchase doesn't put revenue at the company’s core (cash on hand) unless the company sells shares in to the open market. TPAC shareholder doesn’t want this to happen because of dilution. (Negative effect)
