very curious to know....at what price are the real shares for sale??? And how much is or will be available given either no news or good news? A level III might help

had this exact discussion with 2 longs over the last 2 days
i go back to what is (and has been) restricted since 2009
and why those who contact the TA *consistently* have a clue in regards to PTOI's float ..
and why those *restricted* imo are one key of what is en route
it's important imo for all to understand what originals paid .. and why anyone would think since their
respective lines have *clearly* been drawn (based on YOY decreasing volume since P2O was wrested
back in mid August 2013) that PTOI shares would be *sold* below that original PPS .. leaving NON RETAIL
with a dilemma .. literally .. of their own making .. truly zero DD done on this in 2009 for the handoff
to the interchangeables in 2010 (cycle of money take DOWN)
and it comes back to both the overlapping set up of 2010/2011 and the stop out @ 1.49 from NON RETAILs'
last *orchestrated* RUN UP on PTOI .. 4 years ago last month (Jan 2013)
where of course i'd noted then .. that 1.50 to 1.65 would prove an issue for CEs
let's be brutally honest .. 99% (snicker) of targeted OTC stocks relentlessly compressed like PTOI has been
would have *millions* of *shares* traded daily (if still *trading*) with a commensurate PPS sub penny
.. telling for those who actually understand what volume
avgs have *consistently* shown over the years .. long b4 the daily tape of trades revealed cracks so
obvious .. they absolutely have to be ignored to suit

my gut tells me that anyone who didn't deposit their cert with a B/D @ 7.00 or 1.50 or 35c .. isn't gonna
be persuaded to do so @ 5c or 10c or 20c or 35c pps range ..
do i think some frustrated by lack of communication and/or perceived lack progress may do so @ 1.00 to 1.50 .. yep i do
but there in lies the rub .. for PTOI to *break* 05/051 .. then 10c .. then 20c .. then 35c (9.30.13)
there would have to be material events filed (as noted) by RH in 2016's 3 Shareholder Updates
and at that point *overlapping* NON RETAIL only cares about their *requirements*
and i come back to why *volume* matters .. and the real issue now facing NON RETAIL after systemic
abuse against PTOI since 2009 to today's 3000 *trade* ..
they are literally in a problem of their own making that will require massive amounts of *volume* to rectify
we all know what happens with legit ask hits coupled with legit bids
reminder .. just one long picked off 1.1M PTOI *shares* from the last week of August 2016 to the first week of October 2016
the damage done to NN in Sept was 40%
this is significant because with the milking of the 3M settlement cert run dry .. VNDM (with their perennially
elastic ask of 10000 @ 051) had to *report* in the PRIMARY position to FINRA for the month of October 2016
odds are because NN couldn't .. and imo there is only one reason they *couldn't* .. they are on the verge
of triggering reg sho for a 3rd time on PTOI
they literally have nothing left to *stop* any perceived positive *news* or material events out of P2O
which is why i've noted for the last month + that for the first time in years .. P2O actually *controls* PTOI
and that is about as *rare* on the OTC as it gets ..
everyone knows that current mgmt doesn't *promote* .. some might remember that current mgmt
never even acknowledged NYSDEC's issuance of multi year permits in the summer of 2014 .. when
*NON RETAIL* .. almost lost 20c (stopped out @ 19c) .. due to the DD of one actual P2O investor who
was kind enough to *share*
with P2O's ability to execute .. be it ancillary material events' filed and/or MOU converting to a DA for P2O's first sale
PTOI will have *volume* imo in one day/week that *surpasses* (to this day) April 2011's record volume (set up)
of 8M~
