Website Update: "As the CEO, I took sometime to raise working capital and build a few key business relationships. Most of you know I spent the last 13 months with PMPG as the Interim CEO.
PMPG was successful in executing a Stock Purchase Agreement with SATIC that has a very promising future. The company is a USA Manufacture of world Class Energy management solar equipment and several other products. I am was excited to be apart of the team and anticipate working with PMPG/SATIC.
Over the next 30 days I will complete my transfer of corporate files, assist in completing the necessary updates to key reporting services to finalize my part of the Closing of SPA terms and deliverables.
During that timeframe I will resumed my efforts on IJJ Corp, apply funding, and technical resources to bring IJJ Corp back into the market."
