GREENVILLE, S.C., Feb. 23, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- KEMET Corporation (NYSE: KEM ), will host a conference call at 9:00 AM (EST) this morning- Thursday, February 23, 2017, to discuss the announcement this morning that, through its wholly owned subsidiary, KEMET Electronics Corporation, it has signed a definitive agreement to complete the acquisition of NEC TOKIN.
