Latvian President opens HansaMatrix new production

Ventspils, 2017-02-23 11:57 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Latvian president Raimonds Vējonis participated in the ceremony of the opening of a new assembling line at HansaMatrix Ventspils plant.
Newly installed surface mount assembly line will provide additional assembling power of additional 60’000 assembled components per hour. This will increase Ventspils plant capacity one and a half times and will substantially increase existing team’s added value.

“Ventspils manufacturing plant was opened ten years ago. Through all these years the Company has experienced substantial growth and the new already fifth assembly is yet another development step,” stresses CEO of a company Ilmars Osmanis.
“HansaMatrix Ventspils plant is among the most modern ones in Baltic and Nordic countries. It has installed most modern manufacturing technologies and has grown a young and highly competent technical team,” adds Ventspils plant general manager Aldis Cimoška.
