In addition to the above, the company recently closed its acquisition of Northeast Data Destruction and Recycling, and it has three acquisitions actively in negotiation, with plans to execute letters of intent for each entity by the end of February, including a construction and demolition (C&D) and class III transfer station in New Port Richey, FL, and a recycling facility in Lakeland, FL.
