$EMSF Warrants explanation DD LooK!!!
If it ever hit .74,the warrants will be triggered and usually the pps will double from there b4 those same shares from the warrants will be sold on the way UP...
Not many peeps understand what warrants are made for...
Best example this year was OWCP with warrants @c .25 and .40
Went to .95 just after all those warrants were triggered from the base of .10
And now way up for much more gains for those holding at least a small core...
Only difference here is the date of execution which is far longer than OWCP was...
CEO has till 2021 for that striking price to hit
Can do very fast if they implement those multiple mergers and some numbers in the very near future, though...
