Really all that anybody here has done is echo what management has already publicly stated, except for some forward looking speculation by longs, but that's nothing new since it's THE reason anyone would invest at ground floor in a non-fledgling start up in the first place.
It sure wouldn't be because of the huge profits they reported in the previous fins. It's all about the huge profits we firmly believe they will be reporting in the not too distant future. That's just healthy speculation. Probably damn spot on speculation. Nothing illegal about it cause it contains no specific inside information, just information already shared in PRs, interviews, phone calls or emails letting investors know what the general status is.
People have been anxious simply because the Li deal hasn't been 100% completed yet, though they've said (and they haven't lied to us yet) several steps have been, and in just days it will be a wrap. Some will always at least partially suspect that the bashers' bull shit might be truthful this time, even though they've been exposed as full of shit over and over and over again. They just have to see it officially complete.
That's fine, but some of us know, if nothing more than by knowing how they've followed through and delivered, as promised, on all other initiatives they've shared in advance of completion. Just days now and all will have their proof. Then the bashers will slither away, digging in the weeds for goofy questions or claims they know we'll have to work to obtain all of the details on. Screw them. They have no more credibility with most investors here.
