GTG is only a financial advisor, I don't think it can invest any money to QTMM. Stephen Squires is absolutely right to for JV in HK. GTG is looking for money for QTMM, and the China Government fund in PR news on 30 Jan, is not specified, since there is such fund in this name, rather it is a class of fund, just like fruit and apple.
