He maybe for another DWI hoping he wasn't driving a 80k drilling rig this time. The rig he said was stole was bought at an auction LEGALLY. The rig passed thru US Customs & Belizian Customs with no problem. These FACTS made it clear to me he was lying. He also went to the Mitchell Lease while drilling operations were going on and showed the FAKE BANKRUPTCY papers to the drilling company causing the operation to stop hurting Treaty and the Shareholders very badly.
