TDBOWIEKNIFE and AGAINSTALLODDS are linked to the NSS and Hedge Funds. And there goal is to do what they can to stop future investors from buying TECO stock when we begin trading in the near future.
If there are no new investors to buy in to keep the PPS stable if not go up, then their bosses, the HEDGE FUNDS will just tank the PPS the way they have since the Belize announcement.
They know there will be no criminal charges filed. That is why in an email it was stated the US Attorney has no interest in he case.
BECAUSE TRHERE WAS NO PUMP AND DUMP ( the SEC confirms this ) and NO CRIMINAL ACTIVITY.
But their too dumb to know they can't manipulate the DOJ like they did the SEC into filing FAKE CHARGES
And BTW, investors need to know the facts of the settlement ...
They always seem to leave out paragragh # 2
Without admitting or denying the allegations of the complaint
They can spin it till the cows come home but it is what it is
