Re: BUMPERCARS #562
from below:

"My dilema is this; with low volume, no dilution and no conversions there is little to no opportunity for the stock to go south. These are the given factors for them to be guaranteed the greatest return. this would not give shorts enough bother to risk their capital with some much upside. They can choose plenty of diluted stocks with toxic debt to do this with. So what could it be then? My guess is that during the conversion they were shorting. They simple shorted too much, realized this, hoped for retrace significant enough to cover their position but never happened. So now their in a pinch. There simple isn't enough shares to go around to satisfy their needs. Bashers show up, create panic to sell on open market BECAUSE!!!! the uplist is going to cause the stock to run much higher- furthering the need to cover causing a short squeeze. Since we all know about Clay's tactics and then gloworm showing up isn't a coincidence."

something you maybe overlooking. the CEO was set to take on another, large loan based on toxic debt. if they were shorting heavy into the last round and saw the carnage was forcing more debt (which creates the death spiral they need to "wrecklessly" short) - they could continue to short heavy into the expectation. when CEO reversed course (due to increasing cash flows or expectations of increasing cash flows), their ability to continue the death spiral was stalled. when it became obvious the company did not need further toxic death - it was crippled.

that could be a reason to dramatically ratchet up the rhetoric. also would explain why he is harping on their need to take on further debt. their positions require it
