Dry Fried Wing Company Retains Harold Kestenbaum to Kickoff Sports Bar Franchising Program

The Dry Fried Wing Company (OTCQB: EEDG) has announced the signing of a Retainer Agreement with nationally recognized New York Franchise Attorney, Harold Kestenbaum. Kestenbaum is a partner in the Franchise, Hospitality, and Business Transactions practice groups in the Long Island and New York offices of Gordon & Rees. He has specialized in franchise law and matters relating to franchising for more than 35 years.

Kestenbaum has been deeply involved with some of the biggest names in the food industry including Sbarro, Inc., the national franchisor of over 1,000 family style Italian pizza restaurants, where he served as franchise and general counsel, as well as on their Board of Directors for more than 22 years. He has been franchise counsel to 5 Guys Burgers & Fries since 2002.
