How did he have help ? He was a one man company basically . The majority share holder who made all the decisions.. I repeate all of them. Others brought the SEC in but obviously they found enough to make Joel give up everything to do with MNGG. So I do blame him . It doesn't matter what the other factors were or hidden conversations in the end all the choices were Joel's and no one else's . Obviously his choices were the wrong ones , not only from the price of the stock but his removal from the company. I can only hope this change brings a new life to this stock and is nothing like the last three years of what we all delt with .
