Clean L2: No "bad" market makers (MMs) on top the
Post# of 103014
Great SS: a relative term that usually means the share structure (SS) is low relative to the share price and market cap.
Low SS: often time synonymous with "great", very subjective term related to authorize shares (A/S), outstanding shares (O/S), and float.
example: $ELTZ has a low SS :
A/S=500M
O/S=44M
Float=5.5M
according to otcmarkets
tickers with low SS usually move faster on volume than tickers with large SS.
Nowadays the otc crowd has favored many tickers with billions of shares authorized and outstanding BUT it requires huge volume to move these behemoths.
example: $KALO traded almost 1.5B shares the last 3 trading sessions and is still .0001. $KALO A/S=15B
Hope this helps somewhat. Have a nice day.
