What is the cash flow situation really like? What are the sale orders and repeat store purchases really like? How big are the CK orders? Are the sales orders finally rolling in, or is this a "fake it until you make it" PR effort? We have no idea about any of that without filings. Nothing concrete has been stated, in terms of dollars or volume.
Now, on the positive side -- the smalls / thunder has made this point several times and it is spot on: the owners have tens of millions, if not hundreds of millions of shares. Even if the stock price only gets back to $0.01, one hundred million shares would be worth $1 million. No one would walk away from making that happen. That tells me that management has every intention of returning and is working towards that. How close are they? We don't know.
Also, the apparent agreement with the SEC is very significant. The fact that they avoided the graveyard is pretty interesting and it is very hopeful (i.e. this gives insight into the information that was shared with the SEC, and that it was supportive of shareholder value). It's pretty rare that something like that is allowed to happen.
But, with all of that being said, none of our collective discussions mean that much since no one can trade. This isn't about bringing new people in, retaining existing investors, or someone trying to drive the price down.
It simply "is what it is" at the moment since on one can trade - we are all sitting on shares that (at the moment) have no value (now, I would be scared sh*tless if I was sitting on a short position...). So anything short of bankruptcy is (will ultimately be) a good thing for us.
