The one indisputable fact that even IGlow cannot refute is that BMXC has no toxic debt. He admitted it in a post yesterday and went on to speculate that they would indeed need more to keep going. Like the hotdog vendor hawking his goods on the street corner.
What he cannot dispute though is that BMXC is clean and I think in an OTC market where just about every single ticker has some form of toxicity or convertible notes, this company now has none.
My guess is those gaps down and death spiral was caused by conversions, and perhaps short attacks on the stock. Once it flat lined, it looks like this CEO did the right thing and eliminated the notes.
This is the one thing, beyond everything else that all of us can guess about or speculate about or wonder about, that can keep this PPS move north continue; and I think it can continue for awhile.
I've personally never been in a clean start-up and I've been in a lot with many of you guys here over the past 2-5 years. KMAG, GTGP, PSPW, HJOE, GRCU, AJAC, ANAS and the list goes on. All gray, or trip zeros or stagnant and going nowhere, and bogged down by crippling toxicity.
Not this one though and that is highly, highly unusual for an OTC to remedy the toxic debt and then go on to turn down more. I'm sure there'll be some waves on the way back up, but I do believe it can continue its march forward because of that one simple fact.
Cleanest one I've seen in years.
