CS4TC and CS5TC have been merged into one risk group.
As of 2017-01-01 all contracts on the Dry Freight Time Charter basket corresponding to the Risk Group CS4TC is priced with a fixed differential (-1064 USD) from the Time Charter basket risk group, CS5TC.
Contracts in CS4TC and CS5TC will have the same naked margin, and allow 100% netting of contracts on the same time period, as well as offer time spread credit between CS4TC and CS5TC contracts on different time periods. The total margin requirements are expected to decrease for portfolios with opposite positions in CS4TC and CS5TC, due to the improved netting between them.
The risk group update will become effective in the intra-day margin calculation at 9 am CET on Monday, February 20, 2017.
