You're an 'adult-child'.. This post supplements

This post supplements my other post entitled:
Why Invest in the Market? Why are we in debt?

..but ill keep this short.
Do you know what the worst feeling Ive ever felt as an adult? Being reprimanded at work by my boss who is no older than I am. Have you ever felt that? Youre sitting in the bosses office with a half-smile on your face, waiting for your boss to talk, and you feel like youre 'in trouble'.
Your boss then tells you how valuable you are to the company but they need to make some changes and these changes are going to affect you. They finish up by saying, "If there is anything I can do for you, just let me know."..
..and then you get fired.
This happened to me long ago when my boss told me to do Project A. I did Project A. But it was a setup. He knew Project A was dissolved so I got fired for wasting company time on a defunct project.
Have you ever felt like an 'adult-child' at your job?
My favorite quote:
Quote:
Lousy managers love complicated rules, procedures, and guidelines that govern nearly every aspect of working life. These rules suggest to employees that they are not trustworthy, lack common sense, and have even less capacity for making important decisions. Employees who “break the rules” or “misbehave” are disciplined… like disobedient children.
The reason for this is because your boss wants to keep you dumb. If you grow too much, youll get his job. This is avoided by keeping you down. Try to tell your boss you invest in OTC stocks. He'll shoot you down in seconds.
So how do you break out of this crap? Learn to invest. As said in many previous posts, 99% of investors here wont make a dime because they lack something necessary to succeed; whether its patience, determination, laziness, over zealous ego...
if youve been investing for over a year and still havent brought in actual profits, you have three choices. 1) Keep doing what youre doing and get nowhere, 2) Quit, or 3) Figure out what youre doing wrong, swallow your pride, admit your mistakes, fix it, and make some profits.
I now earn a thousand times+ more per year than that boss who fired me. He's still sitting at his desk, hovering over his employees, making their lives miserable. I wonder what he would say if i told him tomorrow that i invest in OTC stocks?
