The press release that Iglow is referencing I believe was an error. They didn't convert the 92% of the $302,000 into 423 millions shares. I believe that 423 million shares is the total AFTER the conversions.
The 8K a few days later showed the 302,000 converted into 184,000,000 shares.
92% of 184 million is 169 million shares.
If you add the 258 million OS that existed prior to conversion to the 169 million you get 427 million. Pretty damn close to the 423 million shares mentioned in the press release.
I believe the PR was an error. The 423 million in the PR was the total after the conversions. Not the total of the conversions
