Not trying to be negative but stating the obvious

Not trying to be negative but stating the obvious here, creating a new class of preferred shares to pay for something is most definitely share price dilution and could pose a negative response from the market not that true longs will, or should, care.
Gotta pay to play boys! Gotta spend a nickel to make a dime so it were!
