This proves some on that board work in unison against illegaly shorted stocks. TD bashes and others posts legal documents to support his case helping to bring Treaty down.
No one knows what the fine is going to be, but let's see if she posts it if it is in the benefit of Teco. If it is iminent Teco will be revoked why spend the time TD asking for help. Not smart enough to figure it out on your own LOL

Thanks for the conformation. I'm sure you will be posting that SEC administrative proceeding on the TECO board soon. Treaty didn't bother to 8-K this settlement good news either. They must feel it's not so good and the hell with the SEC filing obligations despite the fact they agreed to it in the settlement agreement.
