Hiring a contract CFO with expectations may not necessarily constitute negligence nor incompetence. There very well could have been unforeseen circumstance such as a death, illness, divorce, along with other potential conflicts whereas the CFO could not meet the required obligations and unable to fulfill his obligation or furthermore was just incompetent. Not at all saying this is the issue but let's say this did happen. Remember management stating they(staff) were working very hard to get it done. Also remember the CFO was hired mid November 6 weeks after year end. To go out and endlessly scream incompetent, deceit, and manipulation.
Give the guys a chance as they have stated very clearly their was issues. Not saying it was anything that I stated it could be but the fact is they spent $10K to up-list to the QB. Up until this snafu everything has happened as WW said it would. He was not an incompetent CEO but the greatest thing since sliced bread with a brilliant plan. Now totally incompetent, scammer, deceitful among a few other names. Personally the guy had an impeccable background along with Lori. Reputation is built over the history of an individuals accomplishments and integrity. Nothing leads me to the conclusion some have insinuated. For me nothing has changed other than something totally unforeseen and for this the benefit of doubt certainly has been earned. For me this is the horse I have chosen and until something negative is purported astruth I am long and strong. GLTA
