Just because a liar repeatedly claims that Aruda is selling shares right now, that does NOT mean it's true. NO ONE except Aruda and maybe some of his family and his broker know what the situation is.
Making up a bunch of bearish crap right before the company is going to release clinical trial results (CEO said within two weeks, several days ago)? Sounds like someone's worried about the shorts not being able to cover in time.
