Is anybody having a hard time buying into the bid? It seems that I am in the past few days. I was only able to buy 20,000 but I had the order set for 100,000.
I learned something new when I spoke to my agent to find out why my order isn't going through. She said that a lot of times, the company would put a restriction on how much to sell.
Thus explains the theory that the company doesn't want too many people buying in, so that they can profit from it once the full acquisition goes through.
Also, I have noticed that nearly every day, URBF sells 1 share, as they are testing to see if a halt has taken place, as if someone is waiting to pull the trigger.
I don't know...it's all speculation on my part but it is very odd with the way how URBF ticker is acting.
Well, BVO is releasing it's filing next week on or before Friday the 24th. We hope to see something in there that talks about URBF.
