$ORRV$ TWO THINGS: 1. I sought the advice of a

1. I sought the advice of a seasoned public trading company securities attorney yesterday. He stated his opinion that: "The article 1. 1.13 in the Amended Reverse Merger Agreement is not intended to describe a reverse split i it is intended to describe a :"dividend" - which will substantially increase the actual value of the shares for all shareholders"
(but, admittedly, the paragraph needs to be rewritten so that the us simple folk can easily understand its meaning and intent)
2. The financials are being reviewed by legal for final sign off over next week. It is my understanding that the OTC Stop Sign Will Be Removed when OTC accepts the McCusker Holding financial filings- plus an included rationale for ORRV 2011-2016 missed filings.
My personal thoughts on why financials are slow to post: It is my opinion that McCusker attorneys and accountants realized that they had to also address the missed 6 years of ORRV filings - and combine that rationale with the McCusker financial filings in order to satisfy requirements for "Current Filer". So, what took an unexpected longer time to address is that the "old" ORRV had not filed any filings for 6 years. This time lapse must be legally addressed in order for complete financial filings and convince the OTC reviewers to remove the Stop Sign.
I asked the company to STOP TWEETING filing dates that cannot be met!
