The case WAS a bunch of bullshit, we have to hope the fab five did no wrong ....
If the sec loses at trial we are in the drivers seat
If the SEC drops case we are still damaged, if the SEC wins I still think henry has a case , but he will be fighting city hall .....
I did hear the SEC case Is very weak so....
