I had to google them. Looks like they are in Munster, Indiana so I can see them targeting the Chicago area. I also saw they opened in 1996 and that is the exact year I moved from Chicago to Western Illinois so that's probably why I never heard of them.
Please never ask why an Irish guy owns a authentic Mexican restaurant with a name I can't even pronounce correctly because it is way to long a story. But what I will tell you is we have to be the number 1 Jameson consumer out of any other Mexican establishment in the world.
