$ORRV$ CORRECTION - Guys, I was premature when I said the revised Reverse Merger contract was posted yesterday at 4:14PM EST - Actually, McCusker posted a corrected version until 4:52PM Dallas Time (see screenshot OTC post he sent me @ 5:llPM EST) . It is supposed to be the corrected version without the "reverse split" verbiage - but as of this morning @ 7:24AM EST, the corrected version has not yet posted for public view. I know that McCusker's team is still green and inexperienced with how public company protocols work, so I am giving them lots of elbow room to make rookie mistakes - it is actually refreshing to see honest people make errors - as opposed to slick seasoned scammers that know the ropes on the OTC.
This is the paragraph that will be deleted when the correct version posts:
"1.13 Split of ORRV Shares. Immediately prior to the Closing Date, ORRV will split the issued and outstanding ORRV Shares such that the ORRV Shares issued and outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time shall equal approximately 3.0% percent of the total amount of issued and outstanding shares immediately after the Effective Time, calculated on a Fully Diluted Basis or three million (3,000,000) shares, whichever is greater (any stockholder holding less than 3,000 post-split shall be issued that number of shares necessary to equal 3,000). For the purposes of this Agreement, the term “Fully Diluted Basis” shall include all issued and outstanding shares of capital stock of ORRV and all shares of capital stock issuable upon conversion of all ORRV Convertible Securities, but shall exclude all options to purchase any class of capital stock of ORRV that have not yet vested as of the Closing Date."
