My only "agenda" was getting straightforward information on metrics that an investor could then based a sound risk/reward scenario and proceed forward in confidence. That did NOT happen with IR/James. Furthermore - I specifically provided proof of several of his false claims with respect to me. I am not claiming the innocent victim. I was clear with you in both my intent and reason for actions, comments, and follow up. I know what you are/were up against but I was not and still am not one of them. I never sold any shares throughout. I have never shorted any stock. I am certainly not paid for my opinions or posts. My agenda is an acceptable return on my investment in the associated time frame. Your IR group gave the unsubstantiated PPS targets, gave nonsensical guidance on OS reduction, etc. It is our role as individual investors to, once again, ferret out the real numbers in absence of analysts and traditional reporting/conference calls. I will not apologize nor feel any guilt/remorse for trying to get basic guidance on revenues or ask for substantiation for what was by all means (and verified by time/history) a very lofty claim ($0.01 PPS year end 2016) at best. Do you know what guidance James provided shareholders for year end 2016 on top line or OS? Or what he gave for 6-8 months after CC?
I never backtracked on my word. I specifically explained that. James emailed me after we spoke and it was in reference to what you and I had spoken about. The timeline and his past history suggested the two of you had already spoken about our conversation. I explained the error on my end with respect to the timing and apologized for the confusion. It was not my intent.
Your judgement on me (and others) is off or otherwise. No need to speculate. I will not respond further in this forum. It is beneath both of us and hopefully you realize that for the sake of.your company/shareholders. You have my.contact information as does IR. I never hid that unlike IR until the CC in 3Q16. I have the same passion for success as you and I made that clear in my compliments, criticisms, and suggestions.
