Bill - its unfortunate you feel that way and chose this forum to express it. It is your prerogative. However, for every legitimate company in this realm there are 100 to 1000 that are nothing but shells and promising the world and never delivering. Part of DD is fettering out the truth from BS and trying to do so in a legal, ethical manner and staying within the realms of full dislosure. Long story short - company did a 180 in its treatment of shareholders when IR duties went from you to what is now considered IR. It got progressively worse and rather than engage shareholders - they chose to antagonize and attack. If this is your position going forward for the faceplate and public interface of the company - so be it. The wounds were self inflicted and wont be removed/healed by publicly excoriating me or others that have had overwhelmingly negative experiences with IR trying to get simple questions answered. Their rants on Twitter the past several weeks only accentuate the real issue with respect to shareholders and professionalism.
While I fully understand what you have gone through with bashers/shareholders as I have witnessed first and second hand with other OTC/Microcap companies - I think your judgement is clouded but that is no longer relevant at this juncture. I have been personally subjected to the same harassment you are lamenting. Unfortunately- I think this position will invite more problems and headaches for the company down the road but that is a moot point.
Since you have made your position clear, I will no longer post on here and no longer consider myself a long term shareholder. I will plan my exit strategy accordingly.
