(NASDAQ: TTD ), a provider of a global technology platform for buyers of advertising, today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed follow-on public offering of its Class A common stock. All shares to be offered in the proposed offering are expected to be from existing shareholders. The Trade Desk will not receive any proceeds from the offering.
