The Woodland Hills, California-based group will operate as Armanino and will join the firm’s existing Business Management department. Both firms offer core Business Management services, including cash management & financial planning, banking, insurance coordination, bookkeeping, payroll, and tax planning & preparation for high net worth individuals and the entertainment industry.
