According to a report I read those shares are restricted and cannot be sold.
I would love to see a complete breakdown of insider ownership and have not yet read the latest filing. I believe insiders own over 50% of the issued and outstanding or over 70 million. If all this is true think about how huge the short is. Go NTEK!!!
