·         Dividend o   Extraordinary dividend of NOK 1.00 per share was paid in January 2017 o   The Board propose an ordinary dividend of NOK 0.50 per share

·        Increased activities in the Spanish market. In 4 ^th quarter, StrongPoint acquired 100 per cent of the shares in PYD Seguridad S.L., one of StrongPoints Spanish resellers.
