I doubt it. It will cost $700 million to buy out shares at $5 a share . Why $5 a share well Jeff Foley bought 10 million @ .17 and well as others like me that bought 50K. So times that by reverse split .17 X 25.1 = $4.27 per share. then add in inflation for past four years and very small profit you are at $5. So at this point why would he pay $5 per share for a company he can buy shares for .03 per share. I think the majority of shareholders would vote no to a buy out at this point. Why because at 2015 SHM we were told that NTEK decline to discuss buy out talks with at least three companies mention. Then it was for .10 a share or $2.51 after split. They have come to far to let it go now with skies the limit. Now I know there are those that got in after the R/S that would jump on anything they can get to move on to something else. However the over whelming amount of shares are held by longs that have to much invested in the success of this company to sell out.
